Depending on the context, we process information to take steps you request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, or for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating our consultancy and keeping appropriate records.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed by Formspree. We may also use hosting, email and professional service providers where necessary to operate NSTARC. Providers receive only the information needed for their role and are expected to protect it. Where information is processed outside the UK, we use the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship. Information connected with client work may be retained longer where needed for contractual, accounting, legal or security purposes. We periodically review information that is no longer required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your information, and to receive a portable copy. Contact support@nstarc.co.uk to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Font and image assets are served directly by NSTARC. Formspree receives form data when you choose to submit an enquiry.
